Rajeev has a Bachelor in Engineering degree (Computer Science) from College of Engineering Guindy, Anna University, Chennai. He has 10+ years of work experience and has managed engagements (100+ member engagements) for large blue-chip organizations - representing CMM Level 5 IT service providers, for large clients in account, relationship and delivery management roles. He has expertise in delivering managed professional services (strategy alignment, consultancy), portfolio based program governance, off-shore delivery management and, complex change management services.

Rajeev is presently working with Accenture as a Senior Manager leading the development activities within Accenture Technology Labs, Bangalore. During his experience he has handled various project and account roles and is well versed with process, standard and methodology management. He has handled People Management (Career Management responsibilities) and has a strong Retail functional knowledge - close to 5 years experience in the domain handling projects for large retailers in the US and UK markets.
