Sanjiv is an MBA with over 19 years of work experience spanning different sectors, industry verticals and functional areas. He currently heads the Process and Knowledge Management units within the Soft Infrastructure Group at Satyam Computer Services Ltd. In his previous role, Sanjiv headed the quality function.

He has also consulted with several global corporations in various areas including Business Process Consulting, Customer Relationship Management, Performance Management, Strategic IT Planning, e-Commerce and Knowledge Management. He has managed and mentored large project implementations involving teams at various locations – the most recent one being an enterprise-wide CRM implementation.

He is a certified Project Management Professional and a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. He has presented at various national and international conferences and is a guest faculty at two business schools.
