Narasimham R V is Founder
& Managing Director
of Ryzohm; a corporate learning
solutions company. He has
over a decade of well rounded
leadership and consulting
experience in the global
IT services industry. His
areas of expertise include,
IT outsourcing and offshoring,
business leadership, general
management, service delivery,
and program management for
global IT services.
In his previous role,
as General Manager at
Wipro Technologies, Bangalore,
India, he was heading
the Industrial & General
Manufacturing business
practice. Under his leadership,
there was significant
business growth and customer
satisfaction through successful
solution delivery to global
customers like Honeywell,
Emerson and UTC.
Prior to this, he was
Head- European Operations
for Telecom Service Provider
division of Wipro. In
this role, he was responsible
for customer acquisition
and service delivery to
telecom customers across
Europe (O2, H3G, TeliaSonera,
etc). During his three
year tenure in this division,
he contributed significantly
to new account wins, setting
up service delivery and
operations, and successful
program management of
systems integration projects.
He has to his credit the
successful delivery of
one of the largest systems
integration programs done
by an offshore service
provider, for a UK company
(USD $70 Million implementation).
RV joined Wipro as a
Business Support Manager
in the Enterprise Application
Services Group, where
he was involved in setting
up business practices
in ERP, CRM, eProcurement
and SCM. He was also responsible
for winning and setting
up the first SAP offshore
development center for
Wipro.
Before joining Wipro
in 1999, he worked as
a Consultant with Deloitte
Consulting, Chicago, USA,
where he contributed to
the SAP implementation
at Rockwell Collins, in
a techno-functional role.
Prior to this he started
his software career as
a Consultant at Keane
Inc in 1996, and provided
services for P&G,
Cincinnati and NCR, Dayton,
OH.
RV has done his Executive
General Management Program
from Indian Institute
of Management, Bangalore
(IIM-B), India. He has
a Masters degree in Engineering
from University of Missouri-Rolla,
USA and a Bachelors degree
in Engineering from Andhra
University.
He is certified in Production
and Inventory Management
(CPIM) from APICS, USA
and is a certified Project
Management Professional
(PMP) from PMI, USA.
