She is a qualified ISO Lead
Auditor and has participated
as an Assessment Team Member
in CMM Level 4 and Level
5 Certifications. She has
also managed development
projects on Manufacturing,
Banking, Business and MIS
application domains. She
has handled onsite / offshore
delivery of project(s) for
various international clients.
She is responsible for making
Valtech India to achieve
CMM Level 5 certification
with the blend of Agile
methodology (Which is one
of its kind in the world).
She is solely responsible
for Implementation of Quality
Management System and Information
Security Management System
which adheres to ISO 9001
,CMM Level 5 and ISO 27001
to enable the organization
to deliver value to customers
through implementation of
systematic quality processes.
She is heading the independent
QC for the Offshore Projects
as well as in charge of
delivering exclusive Testing
Projects for customers.
Currently managing delivery
function for all the Custom
applications and Maintenance
projects from India for
many European customers.
Prior to joining Valtech
India , she has worked
for organization like
BFL, UB Group , DCM and
HCL. She was involved
in application software
development for 13 years
and has gained extensive
development exposure in
Manufacturing, Banking,
Business and MIS applications
before changing her career
into Quality.
Sujatha holds a Masters
Degree in Mathematics
from the University of
Madras, India.
