Tamal Dutta Chowdhury, PMP, COP works as a Practice Manager with Unisys Global Services India. He is responsible for leading a global technology function from Bangalore that provides ERP, CRM, KM, BI & PSA services, primarily to Unisys business units. Prior to Unisys, he worked with Oracle India and managed one of the ERP teams for EMEA. He also founded and managed his own data services consulting company several years back.

Tamal is a graduate in Mathematical Statistics & post-graduate in Business Administration. He is a certified Project Management Professional from Project Management Institute, USA and a Certified Outsourcing Professional from the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals, USA. He was featured in Business India Magazine in July 2007 in their Front Runners segment.

On the personal side, Tamal’s hobbies including Quizzing, Yoga, Mediation, Esoteric Astrology, Tarot Reading, playing Cricket & watching Clint Eastwood’s spaghetti westerns. His wife Deepika works with Oracle India and they have a 2-year old daughter Ananya.
