Ajay’s central passion is evangelizing Project Management education in India. He set up a Center for Project Management at S.P .Jain Institute of Management and Research (www.spjimr.org), a Global PMI® REP since 2000 and among the top 10 Business Schools in India. Under his leadership, the institute launched a highly successful competency based Advanced Certificate Program in PM while introducing PMI® Standards in the MBA and Executive MBA Programs of the institute.

Educated in India (Engg.) and the U.S. (MS), Ajay mingles his academic know-how with a practitioner’s perspective on Portfolio, Program and Project Management Practices. A Theory of Constraints PM Deployment Expert and an Ex-Academic Associate of Goldratt Institute (www.goldratt.org), Ajay ensures that his team at i2m keeps abreast of latest developments not only within the PM Discipline but also actively engaged in using emerging practices in Instructional Design, Performance Improvement, and Beyond e-learning processes and methods.
