Currently he is responsible for building up the technology capability in Global Delivery in Architecture, Systems Engineering, and SOA, and for the vitality of the Technical Community in IBM India. He has  23-years experience in IT and spans all phases of the software lifecycle and multiple customers in various roles.  He has architected, designed, developed, and implemented both custom and packaged software solutions, across various environments and platforms. He is leader in the domains of Enterprise and Solution Architectures, with a focus on bridging the Business-IT gap and improving business flexibility and agility using approaches such as Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Composite Business Services (CBS).  He has authored  a number of white papers, professional journal articles and presentations on these topics.He is the recipient of multiple awards, including two Outstanding Technical Achievement Awards.
