Earned his BTech from IIT Mumbai and MBA from IAM Kolkata.

Currently he is Director, HR Operations & Strategy, IBM India/SA Region. He has over 27 years of experience in IT spanning across several diversified areas of the IT business ranging from engagements, solutions, delivery, operations, human resources, software engineering, systems integration etc.

He joined IBM in 1993 as the CIO and led the deployment of internal IT for IBM in India.  He has managed many complex projects, for global customers. He has made significant contributions across the organization in implementing processes, business operations, employee diversity, employee relations, and statutory compliance. He had played significant project management roles for Bharati a mega project and streamlined the operations for a steady state delivery.
