Mr Hari Sankaran is the Managing Director of Infrastructure
Leasing & Financial Services Limited (IL&FS), located
in Mumbai, India. After completing his Masters in Economics
from the London School of Economics, Mr Sankaran developed
a career in the areas of Project Finance, Infrastructure Development
and Management, Regulation and Public Policy. His primary
interest has been to understand the relationship between Communities,
Infrastructure Development and Economic Growth. IL&FS
is a leading Indian Investment Banking Institution that plays
a variety of roles in the infrastructure sector. The Institution
offers a wide range of project finance, investment and merchant
banking support to infrastructure projects and ensures the
successful completion of projects.
